I believe that everyone is striving toward health and happiness, but we often get stuck along the way. I endeavor to help my clients discover and create the positive changes that they desire in their lives.
My approach works through both the mind and the body, to identify old patterns that are no longer working, and to explore new ways of living in the world. I welcome every aspect of who you are, and foster an honest and open relationship.
I’m passionate in supporting both individuals and couples as they navigate the complexities of their lives. I particularly enjoy working with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, intimacy, life transitions, grief and loss, as well as perinatal and infertility issues.
The time I’ve dedicated to my own personal growth and healing from trauma, with the help of skilled professionals, has significantly changed my life, and I’m committed to supporting you on your own journey of purpose, love, and connection.
